So You Want to Be A Writer?”
A writing class for the writer who is just starting out. This 4 week online class will teach you how to get ideas, contact editors and get assignments. Learn about keeping a journal, proper manuscript format, editor etiquette and more. Learn how to make your writing pay and build a writing career. Each weekly lesson includes a writing exercise and assignment as well as links to reading, recommended books and handouts. All lessons are conducted one-on-one so that each student gets personal time and attention.
